Official Legal Junque

Our large team of legal advisors, consisting of Blacks Law dictionary has advised us
to answer that ever burning question - Should I do something stupid like copy and
publish somebody else's  work without their knowledge and permission.

First, these pages are built around what is called a FrontPage theme.  There are many thousands
of these themes that are in the public domain and free for use.
This one is not. Consider it copyrighted

These pages consist of logos, graphics, and photographs and articles that are copyrighted by
their original owner including us, or in the public domain, please respect those copyrights.

  1. All FrontPage logos and trademarks are the property of, you guessed it -- Microsoft Corporation -- Don't mess with Bill

  2. All Holland America logos and trademarks are the property of -- right again -- Holland America Lines -- Don't mess with Carnival

  3. The overall theme, all articles and text, unless a direct referenced quote, all photographs both still and panoramic are the property of -- wow, three out of three -- ME -- I mess around

  4. Any other logos or trademarks used throughout this site are the property of their respective owners. We may use a logo as part of a link to the owners own web site and logos used in such manner will be for the use of promoting that site.

  5. Please give it your utmost consideration before you decide to infringe on any of the above by using without permission, acknowledgement, or in an inappropriate manner. Besides, it's not polite.

  6. Whatever's left is fair game.

If you are the respective owner of any logo, trademark, graphic, picture, or article that we have used on this site and would prefer that we not use it, please contact us and we will remove it immediately.
